Cakes & Cupcakes
All of our cakes and cupcakes are fresh and finished with Italian buttercream or handmade, real cream cheese icing. 8” cakes serve 10-12 and 10” cakes serve 10-20.
- Classic White Satin Cake- 2-layer moist white cake finished with Italian buttercream. Available 8” or 10”
- Classic Devil’s Food Cake -2 layer moist chocolate cake finished with chocolate or white buttercream.
- Belinda Rum Cake- a moist white cake, brushed with rum syrup and finished with cream-cheese icing and sliced toasted almonds
- Carrot Cake-a signature cake, one of our best at Andrews, featuring freshly grated carrots, apples, pecans, and coconut with a touch of cinnamon, finished with cream cheese icing.
- Strawberry Cassata Cake- a seasonal specialty. White cake, pastry cream and sliced, fresh strawberries, finished with Italian buttercream and white chocolate shavings.
- Chocolate Devastation-a decadent chocolate lovers fantasy. A flourless torte made with Callebaut chocolate. For God’s sakes.
- German Chocolate Cake- a seasonal traditional German chocolate, which by the way, is an American creation. No such cake is found in Germany.
- Cheesecake-Andrew’s Pastries signature item. A classic New York Cheesecake. Andrew “borrowed” this recipe while working at Sammy’s Restaurant in the Flats in Cleveland.
Cupcakes-a handy alternative to a full-sized cake. Cupcake platters available for any special occasion. Most of the cakes listed can be made in cupcake form.
